The Asian Development Bank and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that aims to strengthen cooperation between the two organizations. This paper gives a summary of the agreement between the two parties whose main aim is to respond to the developmental needs of the Central Asian Republics, particularly through mobilizing financial and other resources, promoting domestic savings and investment and for facilitating a greater flow of funds into the Republics.
